About the Chef
Hello everyone, my name is Guillermo, it is a pleasure to introduce myself. Since I was a child, I grew up watching my grandparents cook traditional Baja California seafood. I trained as a chef in Tijuana BC and in Veracruz I learned about their local cuisine, and over the years I studied culinary arts, and now I have decided to undertake in the gastronomic field doing what I am most passionate about cooking and continuing to innovate with new techniques and without losing the originality of Mexican cuisine.
